Summary
- The licence is perpetual: you may run the version you have for as long as you like.
- One licence covers one production domain plus one staging domain. You can move it to a new domain from your account.
- You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the software.
- Updates are included for the paid year. After that the install keeps working; renew to get newer releases.
Source code
Releases ship as compiled agents and server software; source code is not included. The licence covers your own use; it does not grant the right to redistribute the software.
Your data
MSP Backups runs on your server. The data you and your clients put into it stays there.
