Who sells the licence
MSP Backups is sold by CVN Technologies through its account site. You buy a licence for your organisation, and it appears in your account with its key and downloads.
Price and tax
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Buyers in Canada pay GST, HST or PST for their province, shown at checkout. Buyers outside Canada pay no Canadian sales tax. Payments are processed by Square.
What you get
A perpetual licence to run MSP Backups, plus one year of updates and support from the date of purchase. Renewal adds another year. The licence terms are in the end-user licence agreement.
Support
Support is by ticket from your account while your updates and support period is active.
